Two steps, no sign-in. Enter your details, click "Cancel now" and you get a receipt with date and time on screen and by email.
How it works
- Click Cancel contracts here.
- Enter your name, the email address for the receipt, your booking number if you have it, the type of cancellation and when the contract should end.
- Click Cancel now. You see the receipt with date and time right away, and we email it to you.
When your contract ends
- 6-month plan: 6-month term. It ends after six months, on the last day of month 6, and nothing renews automatically: you do not have to cancel for that. A new subscription can follow, with this car or another one.
- 30-day rental (with or without a VAT form): ends automatically at the end of its term, no cancellation needed. Every follow-up rental is a new contract.
- PCS or deployment orders: you can end the contract early with 14 days' notice when you show your official orders.
- Good cause: the right to terminate for good cause (§ 543 BGB) always remains.

Do I need to sign in to cancel?
No. The cancellation button works without an account. We only need details that identify you and your contract.
How do I know my cancellation arrived?
Right after you click "Cancel now" you see a receipt with the date and time on screen. We send the same receipt to your email address immediately. Keep it as proof.
I have PCS orders. What do I choose?
Choose "Early termination due to PCS or deployment orders". Then reply to the receipt email with a copy of your orders. The notice period is 14 days.
